The focus and intension for this practice is to foster a better balance within the autonomic nervous system. We begin by melting away tensions with lengthening exercises followed by exploring breathing techniques and then settle into guided relaxation via Yoga Nidra or quiet meditation. You will need a blanket, soft massage balls and a strap. Please see class information page for details.

It is important in any movement class that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
