If you miss the in person class you will also get a recording on the day. Awaken and align your body with this 60 minute deliberately fascia-focussed core strengthening class, combined with Classic Joseph Pilates exercises, facilitating structural balance, postural ease and movement efficiency. Everyone benefits from this type of focussed movement and it's also ideal for athletes, runners and cyclists who want to enhance performance and help stay injury free by creating space in the body. You'll leave feeling strong, relaxed and balanced. Stephanie's classes often revolve around a theme for several weeks where students have the opportunity to build on their understanding and practice. As such Stephanie's classes are more like courses. Her classes invite you to listen to your body and also find your edge. All levels welcome. . For info on soft massage balls please see class information page.
