Joseph Pilates Classic Mat Work with Slings exercises woven in. We will focus on posture, core strength, mobility and creating space in the body, and you'll leave feeling strong, relaxed and balanced. I may sometimes use soft massage balls in this class. For more info please see class information page. Stephanie's classes often revolve around a theme for several weeks where students have the opportunity to build on their understanding and practice. As such Stephanie's classes are more like courses. Her classes invite you to listen to your body and also find your edge.

It is important in any movement class that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
