Service Description

All classes are recorded and included is the recording of each class for 7 days. Awaken and align your body with this deliberately fascia-focussed Slings session. With a strong focus on accessing the bodies full core, optimising posture, enhancing multi-dimensional strength and limberness, deeply stretching out the back, hips and legs, this class is a perfect complement to your yoga practice. It's also ideal for athletes, runners and cyclists who want to enhance performance and help stay injury free by creating space in the body, and you'll leave feeling strong, relaxed and balanced. & Liability Waiver: If at any time during the class you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in any movement class that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
