Awaken and align your body with this deliberately fascia-focussed Pilates session. With a strong focus on core strength and deeply stretching out the back, hips and legs, this class is a perfect complement to your yoga practice. It's also ideal for athletes, runners and cyclists who want to enhance performance and help stay injury free by creating space in the body, and you'll leave feeling strong, relaxed and balanced.
