Please note: This class is limited to 16 participants. Included in the price is a recording of the class to practice on the weeks where there is no class running. If you miss the in person class you will also get a recording on the day. This 60 minute Open Level Dynamic Hatha Yoga is a well rounded Yoga practice allowing time for centring, alignment and breath practice, while also building up to flowing in movement and breath. Stephanie's classes often revolve around a theme for 5-6 weeks where students have the opportunity to build on their understanding and practice. As such Stephanie's classes are more like courses. Her classes invite you to listen to your body and also find your edge. Drop in's are welcome (space permitting) but also encouraged to attend regularly to receive the true benefit of Stephanie's teaching. Stephanie's Open Level classes are suitable for those with an experienced practice and not complete beginners.

It is important in any movement class that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day. You will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.
