Group Classes
As a result of the restrictions imposed to help slow the spread of COVID-19 many classes are held Live Online. The classes will be conducted using Zoom so you will be able to join the class using your computer, iPad of phone from the comfort of your home. Face to Face Classes are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Yoga and Pilates Mat Work group classes. These classes run typically for 10 - 12 weeks during the Autumn, Spring and Summer terms. All props provided.

I have a few mats at each hall that you can borrow, however I strongly recommend that you also have your own mat. For Yoga a sticky-mat and for Pilates I recommend a thicker foam mat. Let me know if you are having difficulty with this and I will do my best to help.

* PLEASE NOTE: Thursday at Summertown Church Hall, you MUST bring your own mat. Yoga mats are ideal for the Yoga classes and a thicker foam mat for the Pilates Mat Work classes *

A small towel can also be useful.

If you arrive late for your class you are still welcome to join the class HOWEVER, please wait until our 'centering' has finished so as not to disturb this very important start to the practice for everyone else.

Please replace props into the cupboard in the manner you found them.
