Face to Face Classes

 

Stephanie's in-person classes will run on Wednesdays and Thursdays as well as Saturdays starting on Wednesday 7th September 2022. Wednesday & Thursday classes will run for 12 weeks and Saturday classes for 10 weeks.

They are a great opportunity to practice again with others, experiencing the collective energy that only an in-person class can provide, as well as of course receiving Stephanie's corrections, and direct feedback. If you are tired of screen time, don't miss this opportunity!

These face to face classes are purchased separately as a course and not part of the pricing plans.

Please bring your own mat. All other props are provided.
