Face to Face Classes

 

Stephanie's in-person classes will run on Wednesdays and Thursdays as well as Saturdays starting on Saturday 7th January 2023. Wednesday & Thursday classes will run for 10 weeks and Saturday classes for 6 weeks.

They are a great opportunity to practice again with others, experiencing the collective energy that only an in-person class can provide, as well as of course receiving Stephanie's corrections, and direct feedback. If you are tired of screen time, don't miss this opportunity!

Please note: These classes will only run if enough people sign up.

These face to face classes are purchased separately as a course and not part of the pricing plans.

Please bring your own mat. All other props are provided.
