Service Description
This 50 minute lunch time class is a great way to kick start your week. We will combine strength building exercises with stretches to maintain a well toned and limber body. Throughout we will breathe and move consciously which supports a balanced nervous system and calms the mind. Mats and other props are provided but please bring your own pair of arm weights. 1 - 3 kg. Stephanie's classes build over the course of the term to allow students to have the opportunity to deepen their understanding and practice and feel results. As such Stephanie's classes are more like courses. Her classes invite you to listen to your body and also find your edge. Drop in's are welcome (space permitting) but also encouraged to attend regularly to receive the true benefit of Stephanie's teaching.

& Liability Waiver: If at any time during the class you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in any movement class that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day. You understand that yoga, pilates and movement for living well is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program. You recognise that it is your responsibility to notify your teacher of any serious illness or injury before every class. You will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain. You accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class.
