All classes are recorded and the recording of each class for 7 days is included. This 60 minute class combines some traditional Joseph Pilates Mat exercises with some Slings Myofascial Training® exercises such as the use of the massage balls for core strengthening and back massaging as well as some standing work. This class tones, strengthens, massages and lengthens the whole body leaving you awake, energised and more limber. Stephanie's classes often revolve around a theme for several weeks where students have the opportunity to build on their understanding and practice. As such Stephanie's classes are more like courses. Her classes invite you to listen to your body and also find your edge. Drop in's are welcome (space permitting) but also encouraged to attend regularly to receive the true benefit of Stephanie's teaching.

It is important in any movement class that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
